NMTR will provide full protection for twins who agreed to register and or agreed to participate in a research project. Each researcher has to obtain ethical approval from Clinical Research Council and National Medical Research Registry before approaching NMTR. Next, identified samples of twins who agreed to participate in a specific study will be introduced to the research group. This will only be done after permission is taken from each and every one of the twins who have registered with the twin registry via email or written consent form. The information provided by the registry to the researcher will only include each twins’ name and address, date of birth, gender and zygosity. Researcher is ethically bound to keep the identity of twins confidential.
